Queen of All Saints Basilica is located at 6280 N. Sauganash Avenue, south of the 1st stoplight immediately east of the intersection of Devon and Cicero Avenues, on the northwest side of the city of Chicago.

- Take the Edens Expy (I-94) south
- Exit at Peterson Avenue east
- Turn left (north) at the very next light, Cicero Avenue
- Turn right (east) at Devon Avenue (next light)
- Turn right (south) at Lemont Avenue. Queen of All Saints Basilica is one block south

From the West
- Take the Kennedy Expy (I-90) east
- Exit at Nagle Avenue (3rd exit from O'Hare)
- Go left (north) onto Nagle Avenue (over the expy)
- Continue on Nagle to Devon Avenue
- Turn right (east) on Devon Avenue
- Continue on Devon to Lemont Avenue (the next light after Cicero Avenue)
- Turn right (south) at Lemont Avenue. Queen of All Saints Basilica is one block south

From the South
- Take the Kennedy/Edens Expy (I-90/I-94) west
- At the split, continue on the Edens Expy (I-94) which will be to the right
- Exit at Peterson Avenue east
- Turn left (north) at the very next light, Cicero Avenue
- Turn right (east) at Devon Avenue (next light)
- Turn right (south) at Lemont Avenue. Queen of All Saints Basilica is one block south
