Becoming a Parishioner

Welcome to Queen of All Saints. If you are interested in becoming a member of our parish, are Catholic and live in the immediate area, you are invited to register with us. Please use THIS FORM to register yourself and other members of your household and email (to [email protected]) or mail it back (to the address below). You are also welcome to visit the Parish Office or give us a call so we may help you over the phone.

What's next? Soon after registration, you will receive a phone call or email confirming your parishioner registration. Once we confirm your registration you will begin to receive periodic emailed information about the many ways you can deepen your relationship with our parish.
