Lectors are called to proclaim the Word of God at Mass. You are a storyteller, called to
speak the words of salvation. This ministry requires above all things a strong belief in and devotion to the truth proclaimed in scripture. On the practical side, lectors need a loud, clear voice and should be comfortable speaking to large groups.SCHEDULING
Lectors are scheduled to serve one or two times a month in pairs, with one lector reading each of the two readings. Lectors are also required to attend one or two evenings of formation a year. New lectors must attend an evening of training and formation, held at various times throughout the year. Training sessions for new lectors are announced in the Parish Bulletin.CONTACT INFO
